In advance of the filmmaking class I enrolled in, I dusted off iMovie to make an “experimental nature montage” set to music by my friend Greg Gibson. The title is from a fictional soap opera within the Murderbot series of books by Martha Wells, all of which you should read immediately because they are hilarious and brilliant.

The film clips were shot on various phones over the past 10 years. Locations include Dubai, Long Island, New Mexico, and of course, Texas. Enjoy! And tell me what you think!
